Imagined Seascapes & Refelctions
I grew up by the sea in south-east England, then spent nearly three decades in cities : London, Paris and Strasbourg. From the years 2006 -2016 I realised that I was missing the sea and I began painting imaginary seascapes, which were an amalgam of memories from the first 25 years of my life.
